I’ve got a new weekly schedule starting today, and I’m excited to share it with you. You may notice some new classes on here, and the fact that I won’t be teaching at Seishin Karate Dojo anymore. The owners have a new baby and the decision to offer nighttime yoga classes was interrupting her snoozing schedule. I’m bummed not to be working with them, but glad I got to meet them and baby Grace.
